I think that this video explains how with web 2.o it has made life alot easier for people. Writing text documents has been made alot more flexible, being able to change font, colour and get rid of mistakes alot faster compared to pen and paper. Also things like bold and italics were introduced making text documents more interesting with people being able to make their work more stylistic.
With the idea of blogs , it has made it easier and quicker to communicate with people all around the world. Sharing photos, doing work with someone from another country, or just talking to each other. It's alot quicker than sending a letter or tavelling to the country.
However, It also outlines that humans may need to rethink very important things, like protecting our indentities, privacy issues and also with wiki sites who owns copyright and authorsip to a certain article or piece of information.
